These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and pk7pp ("pk7pp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk7pp online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at pk7pp.net (the "Platform").

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) account on pk7pp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. pk7pp reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend accounts where inaccurate or misleading information is detected.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pk7pp: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of pk7pp or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons whose accounts have been previously terminated for cause.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk7pp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify pk7pp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pk7pp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. pk7pp reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as valid and binding.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk7pp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available payment methods may change from time to time at pk7pp's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the pk7pp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable transaction limits, are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. pk7pp reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pk7pp account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. pk7pp complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to pk7pp is strictly prohibited. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation.
5.1 General. pk7pp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Abuse. pk7pp reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Modification. pk7pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 RNG Certification. All pk7pp games utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of any wager.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, pk7pp reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. pk7pp shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by pk7pp's gaming system shall be the definitive record. You may contact pk7pp support to raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant transaction.

All content on the pk7pp Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of pk7pp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from pk7pp is strictly prohibited.
9.1 No Warranty. The pk7pp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk7pp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Exclusion of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk7pp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall pk7pp's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk7pp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 By pk7pp. pk7pp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your pk7pp account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, pk7pp reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk7pp Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
